While there might not be top attractions in La Herradura, you can explore the larger area and discover places like Paseo de la Reforma and Paseo Interlomas.
I always stay at this establishment when I am called for work in the area of the airport. My one compliant is that everytime I book a room it's always more expensive than the time before. At this rate I may unfortunately be forced to look elsewhere 😓.

This little subburd of Mexico is wonderful. Lots of dining and shopping options. We spent lots of time at the Mall of Las Lomas and the movie theater. Very close to Chapultepec area and within 45 minutes of the airport with light to normal traffic.
The area needs more hotels with quality and excellent services
