The house was very cute and had plenty of space for our family of 6 plus grandparents. We loved the entry way for all our boots, ski stuff, etc, and the beds were comfortable.
Location was also great: Not too far from the Cranmore Mountain as well as restaurants and shopping.
We didn't need to communicate with the property manager, but their information was clearly provided.
Only a few complaints:
1. This is purely subjective, but we found the house to be too dark. There are lots of windows, so during the day it was fine, but in the evenings we could have used some additional lighting. The basement room was especially dark and we had to pull out our phone flashlights when my son couldn't find his glasses.
2. This was one of the less-well stocked places I have stayed in. There was exactly 1 towel per person for the entire week, 1 hand towel per bathroom, no dishwasher detergent, only a couple spare toilet paper rolls, and no coffee pot for the coffee maker.
3. We questioned how well the house had been cleaned when we got there and the place smelled of rotten coffee. Turned out the coffee machine had an old, used filter filled with moldy coffee in it. My husband tried to clean it but it was pretty much ruined, which ended up being OK since we couldn't find a coffee pot either!
