very convenient location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Room looks clean but the cold water tap broken at the sink and the TV cannot change channels. One thing I really dislike was the storage for luggages after check out was unsecured. The staff would tell you to put in a room and tell you take all the valuable because the room is unsecured and everyone can go in and out freely.

However, I found that the kitchen utensils were a bit limited, especially the cooking pots, which made meal preparation a little difficult.
