The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and we had to move hotels for the second night because there was nothing available anywhere in Inverness -- infuriating! The management company said they were sorry we had a "poor experience" - and they'd look into it. I'd give this place 10 negative stars if I could. It was an easy drive \~10-15 minutes to the airport. It was a quiet area and we had enough room to relax. We enjoyed our stay very much.
