Nestled near the Palisades Reservoir, this small town serves as a gateway to outdoor adventures like fishing, boating, and hiking. Rent equipment from local outfitters for exploring nearby Swan Valley's scenic trails or paddling the Snake River's calm waters.
Spacious and comfortable standalone cabins.
A perfect location for fishing, hunting or general getaway tourist sightseeing stay. Also, given the space and price, a super option to Jackson. Pets are accepted and while there was some concern with being close to the highway, there was never a noise issue. Definitely will be our choice in the Teton County region from now on.

The Fin and Feather was amazing. Rachel, the owner, and her father, Mike, were incredible hosts. The b&b is very clean, and inviting. We sat at the fire pit and talked with Mike during happy hour and he made us feel like old friends. Rachel, the cat was all purrs and cuddles! Would recommend to anyone!

Property was exceptionally clean. Rooms were good size. Laundry room was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok if you like and eat gluten. Choices limited if you cannot. There were some fruits. Typical American hotel contintal breakfast. This room was also kept quite clean. Highly recommend this property which is around 45 min drive from Jackson, but reasonably priced for the area.

We last minute had to find a new place to stay and stumbled upon the Jackson Hole Hideout and we were not disappointed!! The owner of the property answered any questions I had leading up to our stay and Amy and Eddie went above and beyond during our stay. It’s very clean, a chic mountain vibe, close to downtown Jackson hole and overall was such a pleasure staying here! We would love to come back and rent out the entire house with friends during the ski season.
Also, we highly recommend Nora’s...

I love the Elk Country Inn. It’s always my go-to place to stay when I spend a weekend in the park. This time, I was here for Grizzly 399’s memorial and wasn’t going to drive home that late.

I booked this hotel in error - thinking it was another hotel closer to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Best mistake I ever made - just into Idaho - the lodge was beautiful, quiet - with everything you could ever want - view, swimming, golf and wonderful food and staff. Easy access to West Yellowstone was a bonus! My son and I had a trip of a lifetime!

This is an intimate inn with lots of service and friendly staff. The housekeeping "play with 2 bears which are artistically positioned after they play, It was fun to return the fun by our own version of the room bears. What a unique interplay. Nothing was too great to request even when dealing with a sick child. Will definitely return to this inn. Many thanks.

Great host lives next door. Everything you needed was provided. Apartment type setting with full kitchen, bath, stackable washer and dryer. Shared deck overlooking beautiful views. Very clean and quiet. Anything you needed host was available to help out. We accidentally left our carry-on bag behind on way to the airport early morning when leaving and host got up early and met us halfway to bring it to us so we wouldn't miss our flight. Very pleased with virtually everything, but the checkout beat it all. Due to a long drive the day of departure we packed the van late the night before preparing for an early departure the next morning. I mentioned to the employee working the front desk that we were departing at 4 AM. He said breakfast didn't start that early (nor would I expect it to) but he would make sure there was fresh coffee and a to go bag for the 4 of us. And he did! Tallum is heaven on earth. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have stunning views of the Tetons and of the beautiful meadows filled with cattle herd beneath them. The staff are so polite and friendly and my kids loved the free smores in the evening. The grounds are very close to Teton village so lots of great restaurants close by. Just make sure to get a room at the front and also be prepared for so me e road nose. Still a 5 out of 5 for me though.

This hotel was in between stops on our trip and it was the perfect place for us. The room was clean, the AC worked and the breakfast was great. We also found the staff to be really friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for two nights before heading out to tour Yellowstone. Everything was as you would expect an expensive facility to be. We were more interested in sightseeing than in using the nice facilities at the hotel, so cannot rate those amenities. The stay was very very nice, but the location was a bit far out from Jackson and required some time to get to and from town.

Very quiet, 2 entrances to room. One from outside, one from hallway. Very quiet and comfy beds. Parking is very tight and small. Great breakfast and very nice common areas. Not very accommodating to dogs, no trash cans, poop bags or areas for them to do their business.

What's the difference between a Irwin guest house and a B&B?
A guest house in Irwin is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. In contrast, a B&B is usually a smaller property that focuses primarily on providing a room and breakfast. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
