"The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. "We stayed two nights at the apartment and although the location and space was nice, we were disappointed by the way it was maintained. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. "We had a deluxe room which was very spacious. Great bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Comfy bed and importantly AC worked well. Staff were lovely. Location is great right in the pedestrian area and plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping nearby. Close to tram stops, 2 of which take you to the train station. Would recommend."
