"This was a very misleading offer in the site for me. Most of the pictures belong to the restaurant, not the guesthouse, which of course is closed during the nights, so mainly the lights are off by 10PM (when we arrived), and all you get is the room. The host was obsessed with the time we would leave the place, received us during the night with all the lights off and directed us to the room like it was a jail cell, without access to anything but the restroom. "This hotel is fairly priced for the location in Roma Norte. The rooms have AC and nice amenities. Our room had a water leak in the ceiling but the staff quickly moved us to another one without issue."

"Great location. Good food available in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was included which seemed like a good deal. Spa and gym were great except there were no co-ed spas which was unfortunate for our trip as this was a couple trip. That was the only inconvenience in our whole trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!"
