“I highly recommend Casa Oliva to anyone visiting Mexico City. The property was beautiful and well maintained, the staff was kind and helpful, and it was located near many shops and restaurans in Roma Norte. We had an issue with the hot water in our room the first night and the staff was very quick in getting the issue resolved for us. I would definitely stay again!”

“Location: Quite convenient, but the hotel has no obvious sign, making it difficult to find upon arrival.
Cleanliness: The room was clean, but I found dead cockroaches in the hallway and on the stairs twice, presumably due to pest control. Furthermore, I saw the dead bugs when leaving in the morning, and the staff still hadn't cleaned them up when I returned at night.
Amenities: Cooking utensils are quite complete and convenient.”

“Me cancelaron la reserva y cuando llegamos al hotel me dijeron que estaba cancelada, ya no teníamos a otro hotel a donde ir y les tuvimos que pagar por afuera de app y nos dieron una habitación más pequeña, hubo mucho ruido tiraron cosas desde temprano no lo recomiendo”
