"Very unsafe area for tourist! Do not come to this hotel unless you're prepared to get ripped off by every individual at the hotel and all along the beach. The couches were coverd in mold, the lights only worked between 6pm and 6am. The water was not working and no AC in the room. I stayed one night and left as soon as I could, I requested a refund but was met by rude responses from the staff even after listing all of the issues. "Nice and new property. Welcome drink was so refreshing! Staff was very attentive and a lot of them spoke english so that was helpful because i know minimal spanish. Breakfast was good a lot of variety. Lunch at restaurant was good, well seasoned fresh. Great location. Bed was a bit too firm but nothing to take away from the great experience I had there. Will stay here every time i visit."
