“First of all they never find my reservation. There was no pickup there was no communication after 3 days they never replied . Then they give the excuse at the Domain was stolen and they wanted to charge me again. But the staff is excellent that's one good thing.”

“The communication was horrible. The listing does not state the water they give you per person is super limited for bath. The energy is super limited, they even said not to charge my kids tablet when they saw them. Not all rooms have fans (horrible heat we couldnt sleep) and the fans offered were in poor condition. “Very unsafe area for tourist! Do not come to this hotel unless you're prepared to get ripped off by every individual at the hotel and all along the beach. The couches were coverd in mold, the lights only worked between 6pm and 6am. The water was not working and no AC in the room. I stayed one night and left as soon as I could, I requested a refund but was met by rude responses from the staff even after listing all of the issues.
