We chose this hotel because it was near where we needed to be and it does not charge for parking. Bed was comfortable, room was large, though rather dated. Fairly clean, but don't look in the corners. A few lightbulbs were burned out. There were two of us but only one paper coffee cup and one coffee packet. Rooms are not soundproof; neighbors next door were quite loud in the morning. But not as loud as the fellows yelling in the hallway around 11 p.m. A $12 amenity fee is charged at check-in whether you use it or not. This pays for two 6 oz bottles of water in your room and food purchased that is credited to your room (or something like that). We did not understand this, having never been there before, and paid $7 for coffee/juice downstairs in the morning. Once we realized we had already paid for it with the ridiculous "amenity fee," it could not be corrected, according to the front desk. So, hey, maybe explain this fee a little better upon check-in and not talk a mile a minute as if you have somewhere else to be. In short, the hotel is fine, not bad, not great, just fine.
