The beer was cold and breakfast hot! Helpful and friendly, chatty staff. There’s a Waitrose next to the hotel for any bits & bobs you might need during your stay.
Breakfast had a fair variety including make-your-own pancakes and lots of breads/pastries. Choice of non-dairy milks including oat and almond.

Great location, 15 minutes on foot from train station, 2 minutes away from Ely Cathedral and close to high street and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is fine but shower / hot water a little tricky, they put out instructions on the wall, it was easy to follow.
