“Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Thankfully there was a large fan in the room, as the temperature was very hot re weather. Breakfast was ok I would have preferred a walk in show, as the bath was not easy to climb into as quite high. ”

“Stayed here while going to a friends wedding in the local area. Created to really friendly staff and check in was a breeze. The room was compact but had everything we needed, comfy bed and even a little hamper with slippers, teas coffee and milk. Hotel is above a pub though there’s a separate entrance so coming and going was easy. Would recommend if you’re near by.”

“Nice little pud with very nice staff, rooms could do with a bit of updating but it’s priced for what it is and the breakfast was excellent, staff all very helpful. ”

“Very friendly place, very busy in bar area but accommodation separate (& quiet 😊👍)… enjoyed looking round the bar area after breakfast next day, lots of interesting items/photos etc and nice to be away from the ‘corporate’ feel that most hotels seem to have these days. I’m sure we’ll be back.”
