"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. "Hotel Casa Sam Francisco was an incredible stay in an incredible town. The thing that really stood out was the staff with how friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable they are about Granada and how to get around. The owner Terry took time during breakfast to speak with me and check in on me, which really made the hotel feel very welcoming and warm. Also, it is a very interesting historical building and within walking distance from many attractions in Granada. Would 100% recommend!"
