Worst hotel management

Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. We were two guests in a small room - 1 towel and 1 sheet and no window. Nk water between 11:30-1 on a Friday - ok but should have been given a heads up. Laundry is just washer with no real place to hang dry.
