This is .y 2nd stay at the Sonesta. Booked a 2 bedroom, the rooms were clean! Staff was courteous and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay there again!

Staff was not as friendly as in prior stays at the property. Although when we made the reservation several weeks before our stay and requested accommodation for our dog, upon arrival was told there was nothing available and we had not requested a pet friendly room. Had to wait a few hours for an available room and they tried to charge us extra for our dog. We will probably not stay there again.

Very clean room and the staff was very helpful and courteous! Love that it was right next to a restaurant/Grocery store/flower shop. There was also some sort of electronic store I think, i didn't have a chance to go in there.
