I like the area. It felt safe there. I like that it had a pool in the facility. I like it that we had some challenges that were quickly resolved. For example, the refrigerator was not keeping things cold the first day and then that issue was resolved. It would have been better if the room had a microwave included.

Nice quiet location despite busy interstate and commercial area nearby. Door hardware is apperently worn out since getting key cards to work is not easy.

Breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30am. We showed up at 9:10am and the grouchy employee was putting everything away. When we asked if there would be anymore eggs, she said no and literally told us “sorry y’all showed up late”. She then turned all the cereal containers toward the wall and turned off the juice machine. No fruit. No yogurts. No coffee. No milk. She also said out loud that she had to go and do laundry too. The thermostat in the room also didn’t work and the lobby bathroom lock was broken. Terrible experience and we definitely won’t return.

My stay was good, however at check-in, I was informed that there was a $100 hold placed on my credit card for incidetenals. I felt this was an inconvenience. I was told this policy just came into effect. Not sure if this is at all Comfort Inn or just the one in Clinton MS.

The hot tub didn’t work no running water The knob on the toilet broke when flashing They first gave me a room they wanted me to have no what I paid for The front desk worker at the time correct it but again hot tub wasn’t spa didn’t have water I stayed but really was disappointed

Room key reader did not work; possibly related to this: internet & wifi did not work consistently. Therefore, no watchable TV service; morning coffee was awful. For more than $100, I think I should be able to go in & out of my room as needed, be able to relax after driving all day & watch TV & have a decent cup of coffee in the morning.

The first room we were given had a soaked floor. The second room we were given had a soaked floor and a hole in the floor and the wall and floor were separating with nails exposed. The third room was dry but had hair on the beds, roach in the bathroom and stunk and we couldn’t even use the little fridge it froze over and was messed up. Not only that a BB was found on the room floor by my child. Hotel reimbursement y’all so you could reimburse us but haven’t herd a thing from Expedia at all. We have videos and pictures to prove how bad these rooms were!!!!
