The brick house has beautiful wood floors in main living areas including hallway and bedrooms. The family tv room has wall to wall carpet. The perfect location, minutes to local stores and eateries makes for a nice stroll around the neighborhood. And, only ten minutes to downtown. The house has basic necessities and I enjoyed the simplicity of it ( nothing valuable or personal) made it more comfortable. Beds were comfortable, new appliances in kitchen. Hardwood all over, driveway available Lets not forget the huge TV with surround system that takes your socks off- John was super responsive.
