This townhome provides ample space and ammenities for you and your family during your stay. Our home sleeps up to 7 comfortably; one king bed, and two full beds in one room. The first floor livingroom also includes a queen size sofa sleeper and we have a twin mattress that can be placed on the floor if needed. We have a laundry room, wifi and smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Private fully fenced in back yard includes a grill. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all cookware and utensils, beach towels and chairs for your venture to the beach!

We are centrally located for easy access and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and more! Our home offers 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome for convenience.

There are lots of options! Bike rentals and golf cart rentals are available which makes Jax Beach very accessible! There is also beach buggy a service that picks you up on a golf cart to go to restaurants. Ubers are always around as well.

We provide a starter set of Paper towels (1 roll), 3 rolls of TP per bathroom, if you are staying several days - Publix, Whole Foods and Walmart are nearby.
