The roombwas ok, but had a musky smell. All the outside garbage bins were full for the whole 3 days and garbage was placed outside the bins. No one emptied them. Staff was friendly

We had a nice sleep. Pillows and better bedding and furniture would be nice. The cleanliness was good for being so old and outdated. But seriously, those pillows were horrible. The service was great too with check in and out.

Okay so this is the trenches. Soon as the hotel is in sight there is trash allllll over the street. Ok. Once in the lil musty no bathroom hotel lobby. Check in was easy as sit should be. They asked for a 100 dollar deposit...lmfao.. the room wasnt even 100 dollars.....so after we gave them the 100 dollar bill ...because if we gave them our card it would take 2 to 10 business days for return. We go to the room.on the way the pool and jacuzzi is algae..yall it stank so bad...the wall .. looked like people were scratching on it...ok long eventful weird story later.... they changed the room...easy...room was 4 percent better...the night was eventful....

Our stay at the quality Inn was pretty nice for the six nights we stayed even though the pool and the hot tub didn’t work. The property was nice and quiet and safe. The breakfast was good and the staff is very nice.

Both pool and Spa were closed. The Breakfast was bare with no fruit, bread, jelly or orange juice. Soda machine kept breaking and kept being left in service. The water smelled and tasted like the marsh it was from (not hotel’s fault, it’s an area problem.) Lights bulbs and outlets were out. It was awful almost 1 star except the people working there were friendly

Catfish Photos

The staff was friendly enough. We only stayed one night so we had little interaction. The photos definitely catfish you. The entire hotel footprint looked a little run down and the pool was drained. The AC didn’t seems to be working in the elevator and our room door stuck so bad that you had to yank to get it open and slam it shut. Everything in the room seemed to work but it was evidently dirty upon entry. All metal surfaces were rusty and the floor was so dirty it turned my daughter’s feet black on the bottom after just walking a couple laps around the room. The sheets seemed clean and nothing smelled bad but the comforter was pretty stained. I still wasn’t comfortable moving about in the space and tried to touch as little as possible. Breakfast the next morning was limited to cereal, waffles and yogurt; not bad but not a lot of choices.

Wouldn’t be my first choice

This hotel (motel, really) is very run down on the outside. The room door looked like some may have tried to kick it in or break into it. It smelled of pot. The deadbolt didn’t work and you could see it was bent inside the door. The room was clean and comfortable though. It was okay for the price. Staff was friendly. Pool was not usable.

The staff was delightful outside of one person. The room was relatively clean. Everything was pretty rusty which bothered my sensory processing disorder when I had to turn on light. The door was difficult to close as well due to rusting. Breakfast was decent according to the kids.

Any other hotel but this one

Very poor. Lobby and front desk attendant were good/ Thought it might be a good stay. On the way to my room I noticed the shabby exterior, paint peeling from the doors, minimal landscaping updates, pool didn't work. Felt creepy in some way. But my room was very inviting. Looked clean and neat. Nice desk with lamp, wifi worked. Kinda slow, though. Coffee service, towels, shampoo, etc., were all good. Then I noticed the bottoms of my feet were solid dirt. I washed them in the bathroom sink, put on socks and sandals to move about the room. There were little flat, round bugs crawling on the floors and up the walls. At that point, it didn't surprise me. Enjoyed a good nights sleep, early breakfast, waffle, yogurt, coffee. Orange juice more more water than orange, didn't try the apple. Left right after that and will come back. Any other hotel, but this one next time.

There were several areas like with the refrigerator is inside of the cabinet when you open the door the door halfway falls off, cause the bottom hinge is not even connected to the bottom and it doesn’t like it’s been clean in there ever since the place was built. Is there other places in the bathroom in the bathroom walls underneath the sink because you’re sitting on the toilet so you see the view of only to sink if you take it use the tub and you’re laying in the tub and you see all this nastiness that’s underneath the sink they would only take a simple coat of paint to take care of it to make it look More appealing holes in the walls. A lot of the lights and stuff were rusted and had rust stains on them. The pool. Was shut down and they said it was leaking but any pool that I ever had or seen before if it was leaking it wouldn’t have water in it and the water was all the way to the top and I’m looking green and the Jacuzzi was also shut down. And then we can get to the breakfast, they had where you can make your own waffles, which is a good idea but the waffle batter mix doesn’t look like it was completely mixed up the way it should be matter fact I got sick after eating. Now that I know this particular hotel has the issues that it has I will not ever reside there again , I have been to many hotels Las Vegas Chicago, New York and never had this bad of an experience even in some of the major towns I appreciate your time and I think it would be fair to give me a refund on so
