“Very unique property! Loved the decor, lake views and the opportunity to create art! I have stayed in many rentals but this one is one of my favorites. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed taking an evening boat ride with the hosts. Michelle and Damon are very personable. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience! She is very quick to respond should you need to reach out to her during your stay. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place……

“What a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, accommodating, comfortable, spacious and close to everything you could need.”

“Loved our stay and will definitely stay here again! The location was great, in a nice neighborhood, and great communication with our host.”

“Trail is not accessible.”

“We were coming to town for a concert at the Momentary and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It's the perfect walk to the Momentary, so we didn't need pay for parking. The aesthetic of the decor was beautiful, and felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed that our unit had a dedicated parking spot, making it easy to find parking and get our car unloaded. Anything that peeks our interest for the Momentary, this will now be our go to place.”

“Very convenient to biking trails. Very minimalist with few amenities.”

“Clean and comfortable stay.”

“Amazing loft, new and filled with cool features. Love the decor. Great place would come again!!”

“Debbie was amazing! She was such a wonderful host! Very helpful and great communication! The property was incredibly clean, well organized and stocked with all of the essentials, and more! The decor is very nice and upscale. Just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We will stay here every time we visit Bentonville now!”

“We chose The Garage for the backyard as we had our dogs with us.It is large and beautiful! The whole property is very nice!”

“Absolutely wonderful!”

“The Vrbo was clean, the host was perfect, and the location could not have been better. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go including Crystal Bridges museum and art trail, the Bentonville Farmer's Market, and everything in the downtown Bentonville area. The hosts were kind and very responsive. I will definitely book this place when I visit again if it is available.”
