“Property was dirty, not kept up, items were broke and hanging.The connecting properties and area were also dirty, damaged and unkept. The neighborhood occupants also had no thoughts on keeping to themselves or at minimum keeping the music to themselves, even at 2 am.The host or manager of the property also failed to send the keys until after we arrived and called him. He never owned the mistake or apologized for his error.The thermostat was also malfunctioning and would not allow you to adjust……

“Perfect place to stay if visiting old St Charles. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location for walking to shopping and nightlife activities. Yet the room was very quiet as to not being disturbed by music and crowds in the late hours. The room was outfitted as described. ”

“This was a great place to stay for our first trip to KC. This property is a block from the state line, so we had fun walking into Kansas for dinner one night. We were also able to walk to the neighborhood coffee shop one morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and next to a large park. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice property, close enough to be convienient. Parking was challenging several evenings. Not close enough to walk to dining, but close enough to be able to have good selection when driving. Older building, very soft beds. Some strange electrical issues. TV has limited options. kitchen was well appointed for what we needed.”

“The pool was amazing! The mattresses and beds are dorm-style, so not the most comfortable, but also just fine. The cleanliness was a little shy of expectations. We did a little cleaning in one bathroom when we got there. The location is fantastic, the price is good, the parking is perfect. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay again.”
