“We were checked into two separate rooms instead of the two-bedroom unit we had booked. The blinds were broken, the furniture was stained, there was black mold in the bathroom, and the rooms had a horrible smell. After maintenance inspected the mold and confirmed what it was, we were moved out of that room and into one that did not have broken blinds and was somewhat cleaner. The hotel then told us that they did not have any two-bedroom units available and claimed they did not offer them on the……

As a chef i loved the kitchen being stocked with pots and pans to make dinner for nights we didnt wanna go out. All around loved this place it was our second time staying and will always be our favorite place. “I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.”
