“The hotel is conveniently located. Very functional and the amenities are great. However, our room had too much of a chemical smell. There are air refreshers everywhere. For my friend and myself it was too strong. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor - making it quite the trek everyday. However, that shouldn’t be a deal breaker. Surrounded by great food and shopping!”

“I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this property. My stay here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. 1. Poor Location: The hotel is NOT located in the main central area of Dongdaemun and is far from the nearest metro station. 2. Terrible Hygiene: The bathroom had a serious bug problem. 3. Major Safety Concerns: Someone pressed my doorbell in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the door had no peep hole and no door security chain, making it impossible to see who……

“This is our second time staying at the Classic 500 Pentaz. The location is great, very close to the metro and supermarket. The staff at the front desk are helpful. However, the room we stayed in really needs a renovation. The tile in the bathroom is chipped and the room is worn out. ”
