"The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend."

"Nice little spot down the canal from Wamplers. Short distance from Jerry’s Bar and restaurant as well. Eric was very prompt with communication and the patio was a good place to grill(charcoal) and relax. "

"Everything needed was there, just had to look for it. The best part was the totally fenced in yard for the dog. It could be a good or even excellent place with just a few additions —towel bars, toilet paper holder, hooks for coats and dog leashes The weirdest thing was at night the phone lost its signal and switched to SOS mode"
