However, Mickey was amazing at communicating both before and after with how to get to the farm, what to see and do in the area, and even welcomed us back if we had a chance in the future. Her kindness and thoughtfulness surely must translate into her care in and around the accommodation as well. If we find ourselves able to head to Santa Fe/ Albuquerque area again, I will try to stay here."

The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pretty plates, the bed in the master had a good mattress and the linens and towels were luxurious. The living room was cozy and the deck was the perfect spot to recharge from a day of hiking and watch the hummingbirds. Initially I was concerned when I read that a 4-wheel drive vehicle was required but we had no problem with our Honda CRV."

"Turkey Lodge is a beautiful home. So peaceful and beautiful, high in the mountains (8,700 feet more or less). Wild life and birds were fun to watch. My husband and I and my daughter's family of four had so much fun. And even though we worried it wouldn't work for the six of us, it was enough space with all the decks and outdoor living areas. Kaycee, the manager, was very responsive."
