"First, we travel with the Service dog and were charged to stay in a pet room that was higher than the price guaranteed on Expedia. Taxes were NOT included and added to increase the price more upon check in. When I questioned this, staff said it was “ because pet rooms only had king beds.”
We had to go get a broom to sweep out our room because there was so much debris on the floor.
Expedia says they offer a “cooked to order hot breakfast” but it was a very poor continental breakfast ( will include some picture.)
There were two in our room, and we were charged for an extra person—according to the night clerk at check in.
There was only two of us, yet the room signage said that there was no charge for up to three people.
The morning staff was extremely pleasant and sorry for all the problems; the night staff was very young and an experienced.
Finally, we were awakened early in the morning to loud music and voices from an apartment next to us. When we ask about this, the front desk clerk said that it was an employee that stays there.
We won’t be back and it was a sad experience n"
