“The house was clean, well equipped with necessities, and a great location for a great price. Everything was updated. The only complaint would be that the overhead fans did not work in two of the bedrooms and the shower head was too big for the shower stall, but don’t let that discourage from renting this house. It was great and we would definitely rent this house again. ”

Luis went above and beyond on everything including the decor, the linens, kitchen appliances and even the convertible standing desk for remote working. “The property was good for our needs. We were on the island for just a couple of nights for a wedding. The condo could use a few updates but was sufficient for our needs. Beach was great. We were able to rent extra chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Be warned that you will not be sleeping in as there are no curtains or blinds in the bedroom windows. ”

There was a mix up with the booking and this location got double booked and the other people were already checked in before we could arrive. Things happen and its no big deal. “Very small and quaint. A little smaller than i expected but overall very nice. It was very clean and Allen was very easy to communicate and deal with!:) i would definetely recommend staying here especially if you only need somewhere to sleep as there is very little couch space for just sitting around!
