“The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!”

“The unit was okay. Furnishings were sub-par. Construction went on the whole time of our stay and we weren't notified of this beforehand. The upstair guests or owners were very loud. ”

“This was a very last minute decision to go to the isle of palms. Great little condo. Third floor walk up, but great exercise for all the great food we ate! Balcony looking out to the ocean. Very clean, decorated nicely, tons of tv viewing options and kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfy and you can hear the sounds of the ocean from the ivingroom sliding doors. waalking distance to everything! we had brekfast at the Sea Bisquit cafe, lunch at the Dingy and dinner at the boathouse. “This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! Tried calling their number, but got VM, which they did not get.The location and partial view are nice, saved it from a 1 star. Overall one of the most……
