"The room was clean but not spotless. The bathroom was in rough shape. The handles to the shower doors were falling off. The shower leaked all over the floor. The TV was broken. The front desk staff was MIA for some time when I went to the desk to report my concerns. The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inn Express properties I have stayed at. To the credit of the staff, they listened to my concerns and discounted the rate by 20% at my request. "
