Staff are immediately welcoming and extremely helpful, made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Recommendations from the concierge desk were excellent and they arranged tour guides for us that were knowledgeable and tailored our tours to our needs.
I enjoyed the location and the histrionics part of the hotel. The place is clean and beautifully designed. I believe the rate was high for the room gjven to me. Also coffeee Machine was not provided when you are paying that much. Over all positive though.
Great Hotel, lots of history, great views of the Old City, handy to supermarket, bars and restaurants at the First Station area
It was a good place "to come home to" after a long day of touring. There are no suprises. It is quiet and efficiently run. I liked the location. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to Jaffa Street (you can walk along KIng David Street to reach the middle of it) and Jaffa Gate (suggestion: go through Mamilla ...
I really wanted to love this hotel but it's hard to recommend it. I wondered why this hotel had a 4.0 Expedia rating and now I understand why. Its located in a great spot and is such a grand hotel but for over $800 a night it was a sub-par experience. For example, the door men were often talking ...
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Jerusalem staying at The Waldorf Astoria. The location was perfect (near the Old City) and the building was grand and luxurious. We are frequent travellers for business and pleasure and what we value most after a long day of travel is a welcoming and professional ...
The hotel is in good location close to old city and mamilla mall lots of Cafes and places to eat(avoid hotel bar very overpriced). The rooms were cleaned on daily basis but not too a 5* standard meaning under bathroom counter wasn't washed but toiletries were replaced daily. The breakfast was very ...
Just wonderful. It’s an extravagant bed and breakfast style, from our room we could hear people in the hall, but other than that, the place is impeccable. The area is charming, and the breakfast was just amazing. Will absolutely come again.
Tired place in the Arab part of Jerusalem. Very noisy and crowded area, some food excellent, some terrible. Don't be misled by the Leading Hotels affiliation. This is a 3-4 star at best. If you hire their guides you will get an angry Palestinian. Find at least one Israeli guide to offset the rancor. ...
Very pleasant and low key stay near Germantown. On street parking (need app to pay for daytime parking). Staff went over board in helping us. Breakfast was very fresh and egg dishes made to order.
Highly recommend this hotel based on good quality of room comfort, hotel staff, breakfast and restaurant. Location is nearby to old city with an easy laundry drop off nearby. I especially liked how the hotel staff were offering travel assistance and excellent hotel service.
We stayed here the night after our daughter's wedding at the function centre next door. It was very comfortable for what we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. 2 major complaints - breakfast finished at 9am, which is ridiculously early for a hotel breakfast, where almost all other hotels we ...
Staid there 3 times very good place. Nice rooms, excelent breakfast and free parking. If you buy it off season price is decent
great hotel close to everything i wanted to visit. the staff very gracious and helpful. breakfast was good and always ready
The room was nothing like the pictures shown online. The hotel staff was unhelpful, luggage was not even brought to the room by the bellboy. There is no concierge or anyone helpful at the front desk. Very very disappointing.
