Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem.
