"The bathrooms could generally do with some upkeep and cleaning. Getting a taxi through the hotel was also confusing and the staff wasn't super helpful. I also had friends staying in another room that had a shower leak into their room and damage their luggage. Also the whole property smells like smoke."

"Visited Taipei for a family trip. Grand Hyatt was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to malls, coffee shops and restaurants. All the activities we did were anywhere from 10-30 minutes away by Uber. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I’d gladly book here again on my next trip to Taipei. "

"Very nice hotel. They provide soda, tea, and snacks in the room every day and the rooftop Sky Garden is a nice place to hang out (they have recently renovated it). Staff are friendly and there is always someone who can speak English which helps as a foreigner. I stay here every time I come to Taipei which is about once per year. "
