This was the second year in a row where I stayed for the National Storytelling Festival. I loved the convenience, the breakfast, and the bar. The lobby is huge and there were plenty of luggage carts and the room was clean to my standards. Friendly staff! Keep up the good work.

Property is somewhat dated. I had plumbing issues to include slow draining of the shower and the toilet overflowing. The service was great
Everything was very nice and clean. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous. We had a problem with our toilet not flushing properly but we reported it and the maintenance guy came right away and it was taken care of. I would definitely stay again.
Room was clean, beds were comfy. Looks like some updating was done, but the room we had would benefit from new carpeting or vinyl plank flooring. Room does not have smart t.v so unable to stream video services. We were able to find other things to watch however. Breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant was delicious and offered at a fair price. Only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay again. Outdoor pool looked amazing but we arrived too late to take advantage. Also had grill and Blackstone available poolside.
Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel room not only appeared to be clean but also smelled clean. They had the hotel room set to a comfortable temperature when we got there instead of it being hot and sticky. Check in and out were both smooth and simple. Will definitely be staying again if we ever venture back to Johnson City.
Everything was great. The room was really clean and I am pretty particular. My room had a decent sized refrigerator which came in handy. The fitness room was decent as well.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The beds were not made and there was hair and other things left under the blankets and pillows. They did switch us to the next room over but there was small blood stains on the pillow case and comforter. When requested a new set, they just remade the bed when we got back to the room with the same sheets. Someone finally gave us new sheets on our last stay there. Staff were friendly but the whole place needs remodeling, the rooms are desperately outdated. Also, my step father was in and out of the room frequently in the mornings, he never saw the housekeeping cart on the floor, just the housekeeper going room to room. It’s not a bad place besides that.

Good location near family.
The cleaning products that were used had a very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and my room. The room was very average and could have been cleaned better upon arrival.
The staff were all pleasant.
Disappointing. The room was quite dated.
My room wasn't serviced and I ran out of towels. The hair dryer was hanging lopsided by one screw. The tub was rather slick as there was no texture on the bottom. There were a few tiny dead bugs in the sheets. No microwave in the room. There wasn't a way to call down to the front desk and no pamphlets about the hotel. I won't stay there again.
The positives were the elevators worked well and fast. The employees were nice. Parking was just steps away from the entrance. It was close to stores, restaurants, etc.
Friendly staff, pretty clean. Gap in the curtains that couldn’t be closed meant it never really got very dark. WiFi worked but not well enough to work remotely with video
