Very good

Great service and plenty of options for dining.

Clean room. Professional, friendly, helpful staff

Nice hotel, smaller room than expected, but clean and comfy. Easy to walk around the neighborhood with lots to see and do.

I stay in Singapore often and have stayed in over 10 different hotels here ranging from $50 a night to $600 a night. Santa Grand in East Coast has become my favorite hotel hands down though. It's an excellent value and in an awesome location for enjoying a relaxing time and holiday. I used to prefer the hustle of the CBD but now I apreciate the chill factor and heritage of the East Coast area of Kalong. I love the staff here, they are all so friendly and helpful and make me feel at home...

Good

Very clean, staff lacks a bit of good hospitality vibes (no one smiles). But the place is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable.

Clean rooms

This hotel was fantastic! It is located in the very cute and quaint Old Singapore, in between the city and the airport. The airport bus passes close by and there are many places to eat in the surroundings. The staff was great; very friendly. I thoght the room was not going to have a window, but it had a small one by the ceiling. The lobby is modern and different (loved it), and the rooms are sleek and contemporary as well. The only thing was that the mattress was quite thin/hard. If the mattress...

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice. When we wanted to go somewhere they would use an app similar to UBER to get you a better deal. Lots of local food shops near by. Some small music loungies, but fun. marina bay sands and gardens by the bay is 15 mins from the hotel. The Sentosa island is further maybe 20 mins. It was a good location for us, not too far from the fun, but much cheaper to stay here. The bed was comfortable and clean.

We had stayed here four times previously and continue to return. It is clean, safe, helpful staff, easy walk to public transport, restaurants and shops. Excellent WiFi. Great value in expensive Singapore. Got a better price with Expedia than by dealing with the front desk directly. One improvement could be to give guests an extra towel and a small bar of soap for the washbasin. On the other hand, when we requested more towels, they cheerfully and quickly delivered them to our room. ...

Wonderful well-located hotel, within easy walking distance to all that central Singapore has to offer. Excellent staff that is very attuned to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Located in a very beautiful area, very convenient to shopping

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Great property! The pool area was amazing! Super close to the airport. The area is new and being developed so near by public transportation

A great hotel to stay in close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Great breakfast and very convenient for all transportation
