“The staff really tried hard and were very polite but I think there were back of house staffing issues that put them in a bad spot. That’s the only reason I rates it lower on service. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed. “The rooms are very nice, great breakfast options, and nice amenities. Our room for the most part was clean with the exception of the coat closet which looked like it hadn’t been swept/mopped in months. The bedding/pillows also smelled like men’s cologne as if from a past guest. Despite these items ”
