“The staff really tried hard and were very polite but I think there were back of house staffing issues that put them in a bad spot. That’s the only reason I rates it lower on service. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed. I was told there was a pull out couch in my room and there was only a……

“We stayed at this hotel multiple times within a 10-day period due to a family emergency, and out of all the hotels we tried in Auburn, this was by far our favorite. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and we really appreciated having both a desk and a couch in the room. The breakfast options were great, and the lobby has comfortable seating and tables that make it easy to work outside of the room if needed. Since we stayed a total of three separate times, we did notice some……

“Hotel was old ..major renovation needed. Smelled moldy Not suitable for Hampton INN Staff great. Food great ”

“The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”
