“Dirty room and smells bad”

“The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t. ”

“Air conditioning knob broken. Some holes in the walls. Dust inside the water tank of coffee maker. Owner was in a sleeping bag on the floor when I went to breakfast. ”

“There were dirty wash cloths left hanging up in the bathroom. Disgusting!”

“The room was not clean. The commode was very loose and the shower was dirty”

“The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”

“The hotel is a little dated but more than worth the price. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend and will stay happily stay again.”

“Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.”
