Whether you prefer the ease of a Keurig or the tradition of a drip coffee maker, we’ve got you covered. Each kitchen also includes complimentary coffee and tea, cooking and baking basics, a toaster, microwave, and a gas range with oven—making meal prep simple and stress-free. Each house features two bedrooms and one bathroom, stocked with plush bedding, linens, towels, and toiletries for a comfortable stay. Other things to note 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located at back door pointing out to the back of the house, 1 at the casita front door pointing out to the backyard and 1 main house front pointing out to the front yard. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the patio but it is not functioning at the moment. Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). Damage Waiver (Optional): Up to 10 nights: $59 11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. This was the perfect rental for our family hangout with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside, super cute decor and furnishings to feel at home, and really close to both downtown JT and the park for food and park exploration. It also provides the perfect blend of rugged and comfort, you get a bit of that rugged feel driving on the unpaved roads (which are beautiful and easy to drive), and the place is beautifully furnished with everything you need for complete comfort and enjoyment. Narnia is the perfect name, it's magical. I loved our stay here.
