The private backyard also features a propane firepit for toasting marshmallows and making smores on cooler evenings, a hottub for soothing tired muscles and ultimate relaxation, an outdoor dining space with propane grill for sunset meals, a hammock village for stargazing, and an outdoor shower under the open sky.

The large garage has been converted to a game room with indoor entertainment in mind, featuring a pool table for friendly competition and a one-of-a-kind mural hand painted by a well-known talented local artist -perfect for social media pics!

The entire house is available for guests' use and enjoyment.

The house is located in the beautiful and highly desireable prime location of Upper Friendly Hills on a well-traveled road. Guests will hear vehicles drive by fairly regularly.
