“The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning.”

“Receptionist Tina was very plesent and fun talk to. Breakfast was great, all the bar/ breakfast stuff was plesent and helpful. Room was clean and the pool was great as well. The only thing is the trucks making anesesary jbreak noise, the truck stop is close but the roud is flat. We got the free sparkling wine. The view from room was amazing.”

“We loved this place as our home base! Very safe, private, secure, clean, and great customer service. Alejandro the waiter is the best!! Learned our names the first night and made us feel so welcome. Anytime he saw us, in the parking lot or walking to our room, he would yell out a name and greet us and ask how our day went. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Venting a room here is a steal!!!”

“We stayed here about 4 years in a row. LOVE THIS PLACE. Splurge for the villa. Just steps from the pool and steps to the beach too. Perfect for kids! Plenty of space. Will return again and again. Oh and AMAZING FOOD, good prices for kids menu. Kids meals are like $7-8. They have sunset 2x1 drinks so grab your 2 pina coladas for $8. Just heavenly location.”

“We have been visiting this hotel for several years, and unfortunately we noticed a significant decline in quality this time. The hotel is clearly cutting back on maintenance. The area around the pool looks worn out, with several damaged and faded awnings that need urgent replacement. The rooms also show clear signs of neglect — walls and furniture are starting to look tired and outdated. The bathroom towels were of very poor quality: thin, rough, and not what you would expect from this hotel. In……
