“Beautiful little gem up in the mountains with a beautiful view. Near a wonderful stretch of beaches but a long rough gravel road so be prepared if you plan to venture out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with a cocktail. WiFi was solid, breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one night but the pool looked beautiful and inviting. Very lovely spot and quiet and relaxing. Service was impeccable. ”

“This was not a great experience. The breakfast was good but the rooms were very old and the WiFi did not work our whole trip. The shower and bathroom were kind of gross as well. The hot tub did not work at all during the entire length of our trip. ”

“The first night, the hotel lost water, so we had to go to bed hot and sticky. Water was back on in morning. Second night we lost cable TV, that was down for two days. Maintenance guy tried what he could, he ended up needing to swap out the actual TV also. Upon arrival The room was clean, as a boutique hotel as expected the rooms are small. The online photos GREATLY EXXAGERATE the size of the property, pool, courtyard & rooms.. The staff was friendly and most were very helpful. The……

“My room wasn't near the pool. There were no wash clothes or had towels in the room. Bugs in the room at night. Only a sheet on the bed. When I ask for new towels, the response was "you already used two towels?" Not the South Beach Hotel that I remember.”
