“El parqueo estaba cerca, la habitación si estaba bien limpiapero olía un poco a humedad lo que si estaba sucio era la piscina, no la pudimos utilizar porque tenia como una capa de grasa me imagino de los bloqueadores de sol de todas las personas que estaban ahípero si deberían limpiarla todos los días o utilizar algún producto paraque eso no pase porque se ve desagradable. El desayuno estaba muy rico y las personas que trabajan en el hotel tambien muy amables.El aire acondicionado si estaba……

“Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people.……

“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”

“On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..”

“The staff was nice. The room was alright but they kept turning the water off at night and it wouldn’t be available until after 7am. The hotel is remote but if you have a car it’s accessible to a lot of attractions. ”

“This place is about 1hour and 45min from SJO and it was the perfect trip for a few days to visit nearby Parrita and Jaco. We wanted a quiet romantic bitoque hotel and it’s exactly what we got. We walked to the beach (about 10-15 min walk) and then relaxed by the pool. The property views were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. ”
