“On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..”

“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”

“Cozy hotel. My big room had everything necessary. Breakfasts were OK for being continental. Nice tropical garden inside the hotel. The employees were nice, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Darya and Thomas. The hotel has also kitchen for everyone to use with utensils, filtered water, microwave, stove etc.”

“We had an amazing stay at Akua Ocean View Suites. The location with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery from the terrace is simply stunning.
The suite itself is cozy, modern, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
One of my favorite moments was in the morning — I watched beautiful birds from the terrace, including toucans! It made the experience feel truly special and unforgettable.
