Esterillos and the surrounding area and beaches are quiet and safe. It's perfect for families that want to stay away from overly touristy areas and crowds. We have been going there for several years, and we love it.

There isn't much to see or do in Esterillos, but if you're looking for a quiet spot away from it all, this is it. Still convenient to Jaco and Manuel Antonio, but the beach was clean, quiet, and nearly private.
