"Place was a complete mess. Under construction and there was dirt dust, drywall crap everywhere. Continental breakfast area was closed. I certainly should have been notified of this. No towels in our room. Brien stains on bed sheets. Horrible horrible experience. I will never stay here again. Counter staff personnel seemed acceptable that I’d be very upset. They knew no customer was going to be happy but the bed sheets is not acceptable Horrible hotel"

"I thought our room was nice for the price. Plenty of room and you can hear the ocean from the room. The pool was heated. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. They even gave everyone popsicles by the pool. Bands played during the day and the beach is right there. I will definitely be back."

"Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had minor issue with lock on balcony door but this issue was resolved very quickly y the maintenance man Eddie, who was very helpful and kind. Valet parking was included in the resort fee., which was very convenient. On the Friday night there was a band playing called Mix Tapes Kids which were excellent a great show right in the outside restaurant. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes were very good. Only negative was the lifts which were really slow, luckily we were on 4th floor so could use the stairs most of the time."

"I Paid for my room in advance. Only to find a bad surprise: at the time of check in they requested a $250 room deposit. This was not specified to me in rhe expedia web site. And nowhere in any of the emails I received in Advance. Not only was the staff at the hotel not willing to gelp but they simply told me that i should leave the property and proceded to cancel my room reservation. I never received a refund, not from the hotel or expedia. This is a total disgrace as I was there with my 9 years old son. After traveling for almost 4 hours from my home I had no place to rest. I hope people avoid staying in this garbage hotel"

"The room itself was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was not great but ok. The hotel itself is not being maintained. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem but it seemed to fit the lack of overall care for the facility. The carpets on the stairs and the hallways are very worn with stains and imbedded dirt that creates an unpleasant smell. It seemed that the cost we paid did not match the quality of the hotel. We would not choose to stay here again."

"Jack was so professional and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great Vacation. Unfortunately, I lost the diamond from my wedding band on the last day and was not able to find it. However, I know that the front desk clerk tried to make sure they did everything to find it. I overheard her talking to housekeeping. Thanks for trying."
