It is affordable compared to other hotels in Colombo. It is new and well maintained. Staff speak English, friendly, and helpful.

One of the best hotels that my family and I have stayed in. We have used a lot of different hotels throughout the world and Shangri La Colombo ranks one of the best we have stayed in. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very welcoming, beautifully decorated, nice sitting at work area, great bed and wonderful shower. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.. it’s like being in your own oasis. breakfast was delightful thank you Jennis and Aastha and staff for a marvelous 5 day stay.
