STVR-19-347215. This is a direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. The unit was recently remodeled with a new kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, as well as the bedrooms. All new appliances in October 2023. Air Conditioning and vinyl plank flooring have been installed with AC units in both bedrooms and the main living area. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. TA-073-559-0400-01


There is free wireless internet, 1 assigned parking spot (which is conveniently located close to the elevator and at no extra charge), basic cable, and a phone allowing free local & long distance calls to North America (including Canada). Everything from major grocery stores to farmers markets are all within a 15 minute drive from the complex. We're about 2 miles from the restaurants, shopping, and excitement of the historic town of Kailua-Kona. It's about a 20-25 minute drive to/from Kona International Airport (KOA) and about 15 minutes from Honokohau Small Boat harbor where most fishing charters, and many dive charters, etc. are based.

This was a wonderful place with a huge lanai with a great view right on the water. We watched surfers and the sunset. The furniture was up-to-date and comfortable and the AC was excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful view!

We just spent a week in this condo. We were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the lanai. The view is amazing. We enjoyed watching the surfers every morning. We also enjoyed the pool and used the barbecues. I’d recommend staying here. Great location.

Always Fabulous

All of the excellent reviews regarding this property are accurate.....always delightful. Have stayed here several times over a span of many years and will return to this unit when visiting Kona. The views are wonderful and the condo is in great shape. Also Kyle very attentive and quick to respond.

Great stay!

Great property. Very well cared for and very well equipped. Communication with owner was very good - he was super responsive both before and during the stay. Check in was smooth and easy. Unit was spotless on arrival and is exactly as described - with a great lanai right on the water. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the surfers and sunsets. The building is small and well maintained. Everyone was quiet and friendly. The pool was never busy and great to sit out beside the ocean or for a quick swim. The location is perfect for exploring the island - short drive to many different activities and in to town for restaurants at night. Overall we highly recommend this unit and Kyle. Thankyou!

The view from the lanai was perfect. Watching the surfers doing their thing all day long was very enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and bed and showers were just fine. Location of the condo is in the center of activity on this side of the island. It would be nice to have a copy of the free "101 Things To Do" and "This Week- Big Island" magazines in the condo when we first arrived. We didn't discover those until 2/3 of our stay was past.

Still our favorite condo!!

This was our 4th time to Kona and 3rd time we were able to secure this (our favorite!) condo. So happy to have gotten this one again - it’s on the end so has extra windows which on the side have beautiful tropical jungle feel and total privacy! Then of course the ocean view out front is just unbelievable and the extra large deck!! We don’t even go out to eat other than we have to get some Poke now and again but otherwise we cook in the condo and eat on our deck.. better view than any restaurant and we save a ton that way too. The condo has everything you need - it’s easy to feel like home there 😊

Life in Paradise

We loved the condo and location. Enjoyed watching the surfers every day and boating traffic. The waves at night were so peaceful and relaxing to listen to. The condo was well equipped and we were able to take advantage of the area attractions since it was a great location. Any issues have been communicated to Kyle who was very responsive to our texts and requests. REALLY appreciated having AC available in all rooms. We used the AC in bedrooms at night to make sleeping comfortable but never really needed AC in the main rooms as plenty of windows allowed great air flow.

Somewhat disappointed

The condo could've been stocked a bit better, like we experienced with another condo up Ali'i Drive. An unresolved Cable TV issue prevented any Cable viewing. Overall, condo and lanai were spacious, decorated very classy, and location was excellent. Our host was avaliable and very generous/flexible with checkin/out timing! Many Mahalos 😁

Incredible Location

There are many great features with this rental! Foremost is the view! Sitting on the lanai is almost like sitting on the beach! Even with the windows closed, you could hear the surf in the master bedroom. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Superb parking. Great communication with host and easy Check in/check out procedures. We are incredibly picky about cleanliness so for us, we felt like it could use a really deep cleaning but everything is organized and overall tidy and in place. The place could also use a few updates on small appliances. Overall, a really good place to stay with really good hosts.

Fantastic stay!

My wife and I booked 2 nights as a mini-anniversary get away from our larger family vacation spent at a large timeshare complex. I really wish the main part of our stay had been at this rental instead. We loved watching the waves hit the rocks, watching surfers in the am. The filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a welcome surprise after a hot day. The Air conditioners worked fabulously-which I appreciated. The downside to the air conditioners was that when they were on, they vent to the lanai so it makes it pretty warm. We tried to deflect it with some chairs to make it manageable, which it mostly did. Still, the views from the lanai were incredible, I loved the wooded lot next door and the bird and animal sounds it allowed. The unit was very quiet, I really didn't hear any neighbors until I was on the lanai in the morning and someone else was as well. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the sunsets in the evenings and the early morning surfers with the sunrise. It was prettier than anticipated. The rooms were well a/c'd and comfortable. The parking was perfect. The instructions were easy to follow for beginning and ending our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster etc. The use of a washer and dryer was definitely a plus.We would love to come back!

Excellent property with amazing views

We lucked out finding this property for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and had everything a family of two kids and two parents needed. Parking was extremely easy and included in with the property as was the pool and hot tub. The views from the balcony were amazing. I cannot recommend this location enough. We’ll be back.

Perfect Kona home

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Property is super clean with fantastic dream views of the ocean. Heart of Kona close to Magic Sands and downtown strip. Checkin was smooth and easy. No need to look anywhere else for us. We will be back!

Perfect

Location! Location! Location! Right on the ocean! Well stocked most of what you’ll need including beach towels, kitchen utensils, plates, beach chairs, pots, pans, swim fins, etc. Comfortable furniture. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We spent two very happy weeks here and hated to leave. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the grocery store which turned out to be very important. It was easier and way cheaper to prepare food rather than eat out.

Nice ocean view condo

Condo was easy to find with directions from host, spacious, updated and clean. Smaller complex which made parking easy and amenities available and nearly private. Easy check-in and out. The front door doesn’t have a deadbolt, but entrance to the elevator needs a code and stairs need a key. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice condo with an amazing view

This was an am amazing anniversary vacation made better by the stay at this property. The view exceptional. The table and chairs out on the balcony made it a great place for coffee in the morning or watching the sun set over the ocean. We were able to either open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze or utilize the air conditioning and still be able to hear the waves against the rocks. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen of any property we have stayed at. By stocked I am referring to both pantry, cookware, and dishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. There were extras included for activities like Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and coolers that came in so handy. The property as a whole was quite and peaceful,. We didn't run into a lot of people when we came and went. The designated parking spot made it exceptionally easy and worry free. I would highly recommend this property to any couple or family coming to visit this amazing island.

What an amazing place!

This place was perfect for our vacation. We could sit on the big lanai and watch the waves, surfers, and sunsets, or cool down inside in air conditioned bliss. There was lots of beach gear, including snorkel gear for everyone. Kyle was very responsive and made sure everything went well. Highly recommended!
