Convenient to everything

Good walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bookstore, Foodland, Longs, and the Kona pier! Can be a little stuffy, but the AC takes care of that.

Lovely Stay.

Five stars, great location, clean apartment with all essentials provided, Helen was a great host who met us on the first day and took us into Kona and gave us a quick guided tour. Highly recommend.

Perfect little spot

This was a great place to stay for me and my son! It had everything one could need to go off and enjoy all that the Big Island has to offer! The condo was clean and spacious and just a lovely visit!

Nice condo with assigned parking. Walking distance to the Pier and Al'hii Drive. Clean but somewhat sparse furnishings. Helen was very responsive. There is a homeless presence in the area (not in the complex but on the streets). Close to Safeway, Walmart, etc.

100% Kona coffee half marathon home base

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be within walking distance to downtown Kona and many events. Easy check-in and host was prompt and extremely responsive, often answering within a couple minutes. Totally hassle free stay.

Cute cozy condo near Kona

Cute one bedroom condo within walking of Kona. Nice upgraded bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable. Had access to the property pool and hot tub which was a nice bonus.
