"Such a beautiful space! My spouse, two kids and I loved our stay at the treehouse. The house feels quiet and serene, but is super close to all the Woodland Hills amenities and Topanga Canyon. The kids loved hanging out in the loft space! Highlights include the full stocked kitchen, gas grill, beautiful views and the upstairs Toto toilet! We would love to stay here again."

"5 Stars – A Perfect 40th Birthday Getaway in Los Angeles!I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful Vrbo in Los Angeles, and it was the perfect setting for a weekend with close friends and family. The home was spacious, well-maintained, and had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable.We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, which was a true highlight of the stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private—ideal for making lasting memories.The host was outstanding—responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend this property for anyone planning a special occasion or simply looking to unwind in style. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The owner- Mariam was fantastic and the house is absolutely lovey. Well-appointed, classy, immaculate with comfy beds and great pillows. It was about a 50 minute drive to Universal Studios with LA traffic. Ordered BLVD. Indian for dinner from nearby and it was the perfect post-park dinner at "home." Highly recommend. "

"From reservation to checkout this trip was a complete pleasure. The property is fantastic. First, the yards are amazing. Beautiful. And the pool/spa combo completes the backyard oasis. Next, the kitchen is so well stocked. Every tool/utensil you could possibly need to create a gourmet meal for friends or family. The bedrooms are a great size and very comfortable. The bathrooms, well, they are bathrooms and they work as bathrooms should. Everything was clean and well cared for. Also, there were plenty of towels. For inside and out, not just your basic towels, but nice towels. But to top it all off, the property manager, Angelique is amazing. Communication is key and she is great. Helpful and informative as well as accommodating. It’s rare that a place gets an enthusiastic five stars from our whole family, but this property does. Thank you. We will come back. "

"This wasn’t the actual property we stayed at as it needed to be switched last minute. But Bobby was very accommodating and it was no hassle at all. The place we stayed was beautiful and perfect for our 7 people. Would definitely stay again if we come back to LA"

"Nice and comfortable house"

"All in all, our stay was fine.What was good:- the accommodation is big enough- Car can be parked safely under the carport- Washing machine and dryer clean/modern (access after a short consultation) - beautiful view from the gardenLet's move on to the criticism:- the pictures are old and overall the accommodation is getting on in years (does not receive any maintenance in our opinion)- the outdoor kitchen is out of order- the barbecue as an alternative was too dirty for us- the pump is running at the pool, we were also in it, but it is probably never cleaned of insects, leaves, etc.- all the seat cushions and tables are dirty- there is no dishwasher, which is why we first cleaned some of the dishes before we used them (most of them also looked dirty)- We had bought extra cloths and cleaning products (if there is a cleaning team - then dismiss directly) Conclusion:Did we feel comfortable? We were shocked at first, as the actual condition clearly deviated from the advertisement. After we had cleaned the kitchen, kitchen table and garden furniture a bit, it was ok but not perfect.Would we have booked if we had known the condition beforehand? A clear no.Would we come back again? If it stays like this: no. If everything is put back in order, it would be a great place to stay that we would visit again."

"This lovely property was perfect for our family. It's inviting, clean, offers plenty of private and public spaces, and is close to groceries, great shopping and tourist attractions. We had no problem sharing 2 bathrooms with 4 adults and 4 under 12 kids. Bobby's an amazing host! "

"Brought my family out for a little spring break fun. We ventured around LA and went to Universal Studios, this place was a great central location for all of that. It took 20-45min to get to universal, but that was due to traffic, it’s really not that far. The place was clean and offered plenty of sleeping arrangements, extra blankets, pillows and even a blow up bed. The teenage boys and grandparents really liked the pool table too. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch throughout and was available to take care of any issues. Street parking. We will definitely consider staying here again. "
