“Hotel seemed to be recently renovated, so the carpet was in great condition and the room was very comfortable. AC was strong too (a must for this area during the summertime). The area is very convenient, with a Trader Joe’s right outside the hotel and several grocery stores (Target, Sprouts, Whole Foods) within walking distance or a very short drive. The area surrounding the hotel felt clean and safe. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price!”

“This property will overcharge you…! Beware they charged me a transfer fee, even though I didn’t transfer rooms… They also quoted me a rate to upgrade and then they charged me. Double… There are so many extra charges in taxes that they throw onto your bill and some of them they create, even though you didn’t ask for it. I had a two night stay and I spent almost $1000 in room charges, taxes, valet, parking plus tax plus extra California tax you will be taxed to death at this hotel,….I’m disputing……

“We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall the stay was okay, and the staff did move us to another room after an incident, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom in the king bed room was extremely small. While my partner was showering, the glass shower door suddenly fell off completely. Thankfully he caught it before it hit him, because it could have seriously injured someone. “The staff is overall pretty friendly and the hotel is fairly clean. However, the elevator has a “old” smell to it. Additionally, the rooms need updating. The carpets are dark, so you don’t know if it’s really clean or not. Unfortunately, when I was there the air conditioning system went out. When I called downstairs, the staff offered to move me to another room, but since it was after midnight, I was too exhausted to move. At checkout in the morning, I reminded them that the air-conditioning……
