This is the cutest hotel ever! Rooms are clean, breakfast is a standard continental, and the staff is fantastic. Yes, the rooms could be listed as small, but what are you doing hanging out in the room? Get out and explore Kalamazoo and area, it's beautiful there.

Heater/ac in room had mold on it Cobwebs in the corners up by the ceiling Bathroom ceiling looked like there had been a leak and mold starting other than thatā€¦. Bed was comfortable staff was very sweet and room was comfortableā€¦a lil cramped but comfortable Iā€™d stay here again Iā€™d just hope not in the same room unless that stuff was fixed I didnā€™t stick around for breakfast although it did look like a decent choice of options

The room was fine and the staff was all right. But the parking lot was absolutely AWFUL! It was all ICE and as an older person traveling alone, I was terrified every time I had to get to my car, I was at many places around Kalamazoo, and no one else had that problem. I doubt I will ever stay at one of your hotels in the winter months again.
