"The unit was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having a washer/dryer for our scuba diving trip. The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. All the appliances worked fine. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Internet was good. Lots of towels and a comfy couch to stream TV. "Very nice place to stay. Beautiful sunsets and view from the Lanais. Close to Kailua Kona. Great place to relax and cool down after long days at the beach. Beds are comfortable and clean. Beach equipment and a washer and dryer were helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great to have a/c on a humid evening! Didn't use the pool but looked very inviting. Peaceful neighborhood. Coffee maker and kitchenette were adequate but would not be suitable for cooking a meal. Bathroom sink was difficult to use and drained slowly. We used kitchenette sink for washing hands, etc. Host was friendly and responsive."

"This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts. "
