“We loved the view from the lanai! We had breakfast every morning there. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment is dated but it has all the essentials for a perfect stay. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. No issues for finding a parking space below the building. Good location, close to Kona center and close to other attractions like snorkeling, manata rays, etc. ”

“The ocean waves crashing captivated as soon as we walked into the condo! We opened the sliding door to the lanai and I parked myself there for almost the entire stay. We had everything needed to fix meals and enjoyed all meals and coffe on the lanai… just a wonderful experience. “Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!”

"staffs were nice and helpful. But the hotel itself was old, bedding was clean but too small couldn’t fit the king size bed. The room has very poor soundproofing, and noises from the hallway can be clearly heard. The facilities are outdated and do not justify the $400+ per night rate."
