"I didnot realize this hotel condition is very old and dirty now. This hotel used to be my favorite hotel before covid. Time changed. Not anymore. I would rather stay at Tentrem Hotel if I know there is Tentrem nearby. So sorry. Lobby staff are very friendly. Some staff in breakfast area seemed not happy to be there. Room ran down. Bathroom is very dirty and old. Good thing is in the mall. Not very secure because public can in and out from shopping entrance door and very shock when elevator not secured from that side. I dont know it’s only that night or always been like that without none pay attention. Unfortunately will not come back even for free. So sorry."

"The hotel is extremely dirty and this is not a 4 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and a bed to sleep on, this is not for you. Dirty carpets, dirty tables just terrible. Left my booking earlier just because we couldn’t take it any longer. "

"Staff at front desk were cold unhelpful and don’t care at all. The rooms were the filthiest I’ve ever seen and I stayed in hotels in over 58 countries. Shower smelled badly. Carpet and elevator floor were filthy. There was nothing good about this hotel. Stay somewhere else, please. Very disappointing experience. "

"The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful! Breakfast buffet and restaurant food very good. Pool and deck nice. The room was somewhat run down. Mosque sounds loud at 4am. I tried to book a meeting room and catered lunch for 25 people for two full days, corresponding weeks in advance, and was told yes, but never given a chance to pay. Then my meeting room booking was cancelled the day before with no explanation. Very frustrating. I also booked nonsmoking double rooms for 17 people and some of the rooms offered were queen beds in smoking room. My colleague could not breathe in the smoking room and asked to be moved but was told the hotel was full. The staff "cleaned"the room again but the shell if she was still sickening. She called the desk again at midnight threatening to leave and they finally moved her to a non smoking room. I would recommend Quest before the game for money is really good, but be prepared for challenges."
